1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the customised and digital nature of our products and programs:

• All sales are final

• No refunds or returns are provided

• No exchanges are offered

This includes:

• Subscription programs

• Digital content

• Merchandise (unless faulty)

 

2. Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or remedy if:

• The item is defective

• The wrong product was supplied

• The item is damaged on arrival

You must contact us within 7 days with evidence.

 

3. Subscriptions

• You may cancel anytime

• No refunds for unused time

• Access remains until billing cycle ends

 

4. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
